Get Ready to Grow 2.0 – Recruiting now!

Get Ready to Grow is a new programme supported by Co-op Foundation and delivered by Co-operative Alternatives.

It is for groups working to improve, protect and re-connect with their environment in Co. Antrim and Co. Down. Our programme is a mixture of inspirational mentoring and practical help.

The bespoke support will be offered to 8 selected groups and may include a mixture of technical support and activities based on an initial need assessment. The programme will fund bespoke support up to the value of £1,500 for each selected group.

The type of support can be categorised under the following headings:
• INSPIRING the group will benefit from learning from similar projects
• STRENGTHENING the group will benefit from strengthening current structures that will increase effectiveness
• ENTERPRISING the group will benefit from feasibility planning that will increase sustainability
