NICE consider second share offer

NICE (Northern Ireland Community Energy) are currently considering whether to put together a second Community Share Offer.

Should they go ahead, they would be seeking new third sector businesses who would are interested in free solar installation. The organisations that had solar panels installed in 2015 have seen cuts in their energy bills.
