Co-op Day 2023 – Celebrating Co-op Day in NI! An Altogether different way to do business!

Meet Co-op Alternatives in Boundary Co-op!

On 30 June, the cooperative movement will celebrate the 2023 International Day of Cooperatives under the theme “Cooperatives: partners for accelerated sustainable development”. United by the slogan Cooperatives for sustainable development, we will show how the cooperative way of working, inspired by the cooperative values and principles, has the accomplishment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as part of its DNA.

Co-operatives make a better world!

Do you want to know more?

On Friday the 30 June Co-op Day, Co-op Alternatives will be at Boundary Co-op from 12.00 to 2.00 to answer any questions and interests you may have about co-ops. If you want to set up your very first co-op or simply get to know other co-operatives in NI, come to visit us at Boundary on the 310 Newtownards Road, Belfast – in the newly open tap-room at the Portview Trade Centre (unit A4-A7).

No need to book, just turn up on the day from 12.00 to 2.00 and we will be there with information, resources and great stories about co-operatives in Northern Ireland!  This is your opportunity to visit a ‘co-op in a co-op’ and see with your own eyes what can be achieved by co-operatives, an altogether different way to do business and an altogether way to support communities.
